Hey been a busy weekend so sorry I haven't reached out sooner. I'm new and was added Friday, I have a question though. I always track in MFP so I was wondering if I can apply all my calories burned for this round or should I only start from Friday on @nisijam5
Also for the drink back calories forum, do I record the calories I have drank?0 -

I would think you can start recording since Wednesday if you know what you did.
Yes, you are asked to record the calories you drank (unless they are meal replacement)
The fitness and nutrition worksheets give you a chance to earn rewards that might help keep you or the team safe from elimination. However, the most important number is the scale every Wednesday.

You will see a side challenge in a 5% tab. I take your weights from week 2 and calculate 5% loss from there.
Anyone who gains >1.2 lbs is penalized 1/2 of their gain. This is done to balance the contest. You can't gain 4 lbs. one week and then lose them all to win.
No disadvantages this week.
