Not much, but at least it isn't an increase!I doubt that today's weight was increased because of water weight from high-sodium takeout food and menstrual cycle stuff. @mram3582 : hence my frustration yesterday. But you're right, I need to be nicer to myself

Sorry I'm a day late weighing in. Spent the weekend out of town with friends. We got back in town late last night (Fri). We had a blast and I fully expected the increase.

@Starshine15 I really hope you can kick this crud to the curb!....go ahead and drink the rum...an oz. of Nyquil is 93 frickin' calories (I found out the hard way) The rum is only 65 calories an oz.

Actually, I've only been taking ColdEz and drinking echinacea tea and lots of water. I'll need some SF cough drops today.
