@Honey5 are you getting enough to eat throughout the day? Is there anyway you can pack snacks or extra lunch to keep you from being so hungry whenever you get home.
@cdavisdeva you deserved that brownie and ice cream. I would rather work all my work shifts together than have a sick baby. I'm so glad that he is feeling better!2 -

@rekvar12 I think that is the whole point of logging on mfp. You can see, where, what, and when you're eating and can identify and break those patterns that can be detrimental! Good job in identifying a possible problem spot in your diet so that you can keep an eye on it. Great day all around too!
@ghy5 Great job today too! I'm slightly jealous of the water classes...I wish I could go swimming right now!
@Honey5 are your calories over throughout the day or are you coming home really hungry again? Is there any pattern that you can identify?
@Suezq72760 nope, you can't outrun your fork, but I think that you have stayed in a deficit the whole week so you should be good!

Exercise: no, I spent my lunch break trying to nap. Apparently, I am just going to work 72hrs a week until some new hire passes the test for dispatch. I thought that I was going to get tomorrow off...nope. Looked at next week....no day off.
Daily goal:Go find "One Eyed Willie's" pirate ship that was loosed in the San Fran bay sometime in the 80's by a group of degenerate kids. Tomorrow, today, whatever.2 -
