Goals/Day: Goal for the rest of the week is to exercise daily. I'll be honest, the cold and rainy weather has me feeling a bit lazy and I need to snap out of it. On a brighter note, my BMI is now normal. I know those things charts aren't 100% accurate, but it still makes me feel good.

I resisted candy offered to me by co-worker yesterday. After giving this much thought -I believe she was just being nice, just forgot that I am back to no added sugar in my diet- I am one week of no cheating, it is a real struggle the first couple weeks, don't want to blow it now.
I love, love candy, all of it, but it has a negative efect on me as in terms of weight control, sparks massive cravings for more, irritates my acid reflux/GERD and makes me really run down, lathargic after it wears off.

@gholderby1234 whenever I know that I am going out and where I am going in advance, I always try to per-log to see what will fit. I may eat really light for the first part of the day so that I can save a lot of calories for later. If it is a special occasion and I know that I can save my calories for the rest of the week, I will still pre-log, but I won't worry about going over that much.
@Honey5 278 over isn't horrible and can easily be mitigated throughout the rest of the week. You're doing great!
