Goal: Had a second cup of coffee today but it was either that or the buffet in the break room. Lesser of two evils. π3 -
Silly question time....
I think I might have set my goals wrong in here.
Maybe I am moderately active rather than lightly active?
I do basic house work stuff but my baby just had a weigh in and is 8kg now π±( he is growing so quick!) so when I log walking to the shops I am actually pushing a pram and during the day I lift and carry him a lot.
Do you guys think I should change to moderately active? My arms sure feel like they got a work out yesterday from baby lifting π
What would you define as lightly active?
If you're losing the weight at the pace that you want to, I would keep it the same. If you're dropping faster than you want to, up it to moderately active and add in some calories.1 -

Exercise - yes, skipped yoga but walked 10 net over the whole day !
Calories - 200 over, but because of an office Christmas party. Kept carbs in check, but went overboard with fat. On the whole I feel fine because I didn't binge eat and because I walked!

Now is the worst time to try and eat healthy and stay away from "junk". All that's coming into the office is Christmas cookies, candy boxes, donuts....you get the picture. I have done much better than I would have in my previous life but still not as good as I would like (1/2 donut here, 1 cookie there). I suppose it could be worse.2 -

This is pretty random. Wasn't too responsible this week compared to the first week of December (where I lost barely 0.5 lb). I'm guessing it was the early dinner yesterday Anyway still happy I'm closer to my 155 goal, although not too optimistic about losing 1.75 pounds in the holiday week. But baby steps3
