    We still have a whole week left in this challenge, so we can still end it out with a amazing bang! You're still down quite a good drop for the month too!

    Exercise: 5300 steps and 20 min spin
    Goal: scrub floor on hands and knees instead of mop - achieved. HRM measured max of 128 bpm!

    Cinderella scrubbing some floors burns some super calories! WTG!

    @Suezq72760 great day too! Is it pumpkin spice creamer or just pumpkin spice? I wouldn't think that pumpkin spice had any calories.

    This challenge actually ends on the 29th to keep it even. It gives us about a week and a half.

    Goals/Day: Ate a little better today, although I did get into the cereal tonight. I am up in weight from last week :( too many comfort foods this weekend and not enough exercising or water. I didn't intentionally skip the daily posts this weekend. Just realized I haven't posted since Friday. Goal for the rest of the week is to post here daily and drink at least 90 oz water/day.

    It's coffee mate. Believe me I've tried every recipe on Pinterest trying to make my own low cal / low carb and none of them work. LOL
