Exercise: no, I'm beat and going to bed....I MIGHT....MIGHT.....be getting this Wednesday off....MAYBE....POSSIBLY.... not holding my breath....

This challenge actually ends on the 29th to keep it even. It gives us about a week and a half.

Goals/Day: Ate a little better today, although I did get into the cereal tonight. I am up in weight from last week too many comfort foods this weekend and not enough exercising or water. I didn't intentionally skip the daily posts this weekend. Just realized I haven't posted since Friday. Goal for the rest of the week is to post here daily and drink at least 90 oz water/day.1 -

It's coffee mate. Believe me I've tried every recipe on Pinterest trying to make my own low cal / low carb and none of them work. LOL1 -
