I gained almost 6 pounds over the past 2 weeks. I was traveling for a week, then my husband was in a car accident while I was out of town, and I let stress take over and throw me way off track. I am taking control back right now and am determined to re-lose as much of those 6 pounds this upcoming week as I can.5

@RisingAboveIt Wow! Is your husband ok? That is super scary. Just breathe and take care of you and him. I'd bet it is not a total real gain either. Drink some water and you may find that a lot of it is sodium. Don't sweat it though....just breathe.0

Was doing good yesterday, 5 mile walk in the morning, roast turkey for dinner drinking water while everyone else was drinking cocktails. And THEN I went to my niece's wine and chocolate lounge in downtown Buffalo. 😨2
