Track: sort of; I need to get more consistent with this, and track the full day!
Under calories: I doubt it!
Exercise: 60 minutes strength training
Having a very hard time getting 100% back on track, especially with my eating.0 -
Looks like everyone is having a great Christmas so far! I see a lot of fitness related gifting going on too! The sheriff sacrificed 2 of his deputies for phone answering today so that us dispatchers could have a party and be fed ENTIRELY too much!....I'm like 1500 calories over, but I did get to go hiking early this morning, so my 6 miles mitigated some of those. My tummy still hurts right now though and I need to drink about a gallon of water for all the sodium I just ate.

Exercise: yes nice 6+mile hike in the dark with a full moon and it was really cold this morning, but I knew that I was going to be over on calories....just not how much over.
Daily goal: Plant more Ents for next year's Ent march. Tomorrow.....THEY GAVE ME A DAY OFF!!!! They just had to pull a deputy off the streets which is terrible, but OMG I needed it!! It was day 27 of 12 hr. shifts without a day off. My house needs to be Cinderella scrubbed because all I could do was keep it sort of straightened up.
Malinda, first, I bet all that you ate for Christmas never tasted so good!!!! Lol. Second, glad you finally got a day off this week!!!! Third, what's an Ent? Finally, how's your Cinderella housecleaning coming? I'm determined to have it finished by Monday but staying motivated to do so has been hard. My house isn't even that big, for goodness sakes!!!!0 -

Yes, my house is finally Cinderella scrubbed (it took my entire day off to do it)--I was afraid that the woodland creatures were going to start helping me like in the cartoons if I left it for too much longer

You inspired me! If you can Cinderella clean your house in a day, so can I! Tomorrow is my Cinderella day!!!! I love that description!!!! I'll let you know my accomplishments tomorrow evening. Plus our final weigh in is tomorrow too. ☺2 -
Yesterday would have been my last weigh in, but seems like my parents don't have a scale anymore (why???)
However until Thursday there was no change since the last weigh in. Ok with Christmas and all...

Today I'm flying back to the Pacific Northwest from Mississippi...I've packed extra patience.😬 I had a great time with my family but OMG do I need to get home and get back to my workout and eating routine. Southern cooking ain't healthy but oh so yummy.😋
