@RisingAboveIt Wow! Is your husband ok? That is super scary. Just breathe and take care of you and him. I'd bet it is not a total real gain either. Drink some water and you may find that a lot of it is sodium. Don't sweat it though....just breathe.
Yes, my husband is fine. Sore, but not seriously injured. It could have been much, much worse, and that is so scary. I am grateful he was not hurt.2 -
I refuse to have another gain this week! I worked out yesterday but didn't eat very well. Back to logging my food today!2

Still struggling to get my eating back under control. I tried the new Spinning class at my gym last night, and I loved it! I will definitely be going back for more.1 -
Everyone had such an awesome day yesterday! Good job! Sorry I was so quiet. It was my first day that I had off in a month and I had so much stuff to catch up on. I did get to go hiking, but then I spent the rest of the day cleaning and organizing.0

It has been tough to keep up with everything. Although I am pretty sure I wont see a loss tomorrow when I weigh in, I do think being a part of this group has made me more aware to keep making better choices through out the holidays.
I may have had that cheesecake, but it was cut smaller. I had cookies, but only a few. Do I really want to use calories on those rolls? Nope!

It has been tough to keep up with everything. Although I am pretty sure I wont see a loss tomorrow when I weigh in, I do think being a part of this group has made me more aware to keep making better choices through out the holidays.

We're so glad that you're here too! We have the best team ever! It is not so much about how much weight you lose here each week, so much that you realize where you go wrong when you don't lose and you learn how to fix it. The team just keeps you coming back when you feel that you have someone that is depending on you. It is just like the daily post challenges...they don't really mean anything other than when you have to post something everyday, you remember it and are mindful about what you do. That is why we keep coming back month after month!3 -
