Thank goodness, the weight I gained the past week came off. Hopefully the clean eating this week will help take some more off

Good thing that weight loss is all about diet and you don't have to rely on the diddly squats! :p

@12774 I hope that your knee starts to feel better soon! Maintaining is WAY better than gaining-just sayin' :)
@rekvar12 Great plan for tomorrow. Is there any way that you can pack a lunch or bring some snacks with you so that you don't get caught late?
@Starshine15 You did great today! Don't get yourself sick again though!
@cdavisdeva yep, maintaining is ALWAYS better than a gain!

Yes, need to do something like that, since I'm messing up timings too often. I see a nice dinner as my reward for being good all day, so I usually want to do it at home and in comfy clothes, but as you can see that's a problem.

    Silly question time....
I think I might have set my goals wrong in here.
Maybe I am moderately active rather than lightly active?
I do basic house work stuff but my baby just had a weigh in and is 8kg now 😱( he is growing so quick!) so when I log walking to the shops I am actually pushing a pram and during the day I lift and carry him a lot.
Do you guys think I should change to moderately active? My arms sure feel like they got a work out yesterday from baby lifting 😄
What would you define as lightly active?
