    Yes, we're doing well.
Won't be long before we're into the years that I have lived through.

Despite some reports to the contrary, I wasn't born yet...

    Thanks!!!
Things that aren't fun are really not worth doing, even though sometimes we have to.
So we might as well have fun with this challenge.

Our team made it, but I've been slacking off big time - it's freaking hot here in AZ and I started Keto for the last month. That combo is killing me, but perhaps I'll have some motivation again soon! :D keep up the great work everyone!

    Oops; sorry.
I still hadn't been born yet.
But, in 1889, the Nintendo Company was founded in Japan.

We've made it to 1892. The first escalator was patented, as was a clothes dryer.
The Coca-Cola Company was founded in Atlanta, GA, USA.

You all see the promo email for RTY 2020? Ohhh I’m excited! Are we having fun with he teams? Think maybe we can do it again? Does everyone like the team goal? Does it help with motivation? I just want that swag!

I’m taking care of the post op hip (again), in the CPM and will try the bike trainer today. Doc suggest a spring race, 5k. So... if my hip cooperates, I’ll be able to actually get back to some activities.

@Tramboman I really like your history lessons. Keep ‘em comin’.

    What is CPM?
So excited that you will be able to get back to activities, especially running, soon!
