2019 Run the Year Group

So, I am guessing at how to do this. If you have any input, suggestions or burning desires please share them.
We shall start with:
Who wants to join?
What is your anticipated yearly milage?
Team A, B,C.... And culmulative team miles
Teams:
Each person piggy backs on the previous mileage until we reach 2000. Thats one team, "A". Next 2000 miles is "B", and so forth.
An example:
Mary pledges 500 miles
Then Kim pledges 350=850
Then Dan pledges 700= 1550
And Frank pledges *450= 2000
So that's team A.
Team A then can pick a real team name.
*If Frank wants to do 1200 miles, i suggest he can start team B or join team A. We may have to work around a bit. Or hope for some better ideas.
Of course, if you have friends you are already teaming up with the just designate that team, X,Y, Z.
Will that work? Least as a jumping off point?

I want to join but have to see whether money I'm owed comes in first, so I won't actually put myself down for a team yeat just in case.
When I do I hope to be able to reach 500 miles, but again not going to commit until I'm sure I'm able to.

As the husband is currently in proud spouse mode over this morning's events I reckon I should be able to get away with signing myself up for this tomorrow as long as I stick to a cheaper option lol. Will report tomorrow!2 -

Hi, I’d like to join in too. This year has been a running disaster for me but the previous 2 years I ran 490 & 494 miles. This might give me the extra push to get out there & do it for the team if not myself. I will go for 400 to be on safe side but will hope for the 500. I’ve just paid the Run the year subscription. Will I be on Team C for 400 miles

Exactly what I said yesterday when I looked! Just the basic here too, can't get away with anything more. That's ok, we can draw our own medals etc ;-)

Hi Team C. I opted for the basic membership too. I’m happy with any name the team decides . I’m on north coast of Ireland so swimming in the sea just of the south coast of New Zealand is my exact antipode.3
