Oh snow! We're dealing with a heatwave where i am... i would much prefer snow!
Date: January 19
Exercised?: Yes - 50 minute ParkRun. I usually fast walk it but today i actually jogged a little bit which gave me a new PB. Pretty happy, considering the heat!
Calories?: Yes - nicely under. Even after a sneaky brownie treat
Tracked?: Yes - all accurately tracked.11 -

Ooops ... pre-logged today thinking I was going to get to the gym this afternoon. Then the snow came afterall. Then, while i was waiting gor tge snow to stop beforehoing out to snow blow, a nice neighbor came over and did it for me. So ... exercise will be limited to a few hours of house cleaning and clearing out cluster and drawers and a few exercises. That means adjusting food plans as well. Should still be able to meet calorie goals. In the neantime, having a ckean and organized house is feeling good.7

On track with all 3. Did 1 hour walk but so cold could not get past 16mjns per mile today. Also try to get to 14. But can only manage 14.5 on a good day. How the hell do you get to 13 mins a mile at a fast pace..6

Exercise? Yes, 42 minutes completing a virtual hike around London in the wee hours of the morning when I couldn't sleep. Another 30 minute virtual hike this afternoon at Bryce Canyon National Park (Sunset Point to Sunrise Point via Queen's Garden, Peekaboo and Navajo Loop trails) and then 30 minutes shoveling snow this evening. More snow to come! Great to do the Bryce Canyon virtual hike, although we did the complete version of that hike, for real, in September. Superb scenery!

Exercise- Yes! First day of an eight week 7am group training class. Power hour of cardio and strength. And I was crazy and stayed for my normal Saturday kickboxing class as well. Two hour workout, felt great.
Calories- Yes, I ate back about 1/3 of my exercise calories.

Yes x 3 today. While I did about 5 hours of cleaning, sorting, packing away, bagging things to give away, etc., it was also a good day in terms of giving my body a day off from normal vigorous exercise. Back to the grind tomorrow with rowing machine and weights. The horse gets a couple of more days off as it will be too cold to ask her to eork, even with an indoor ring.8

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, a 60 minute Barre class, followed by a 60 minute Hatha yoga class in the morning, 90 minutes weight lifting in the afternoon, and a chilly, snowy, ( 19 degrees with a raw wind ) 75 minute trail run/walk this evening.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes -- 5 mile run outside today. Was my first outdoor run in three weeks since I hurt my knee. Felt SO good to be back outside!
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and even finished under. Had lots of extra calories to play with as I'm over 21,000 steps right now!
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes!4 -
It's a Saturday night and I had supper with a handsome and intelligent young nephew. He initiated the get together and insisting on paying the bill. I'm not used to that. It was a joy to be with him!
My report:
Exercise: After I slept in on this snowy day, I did 20 minutes of treadmill walking at 4+ mph. The "+" was for the 8 minutes of jogging at 6 mph. In addition, 30 minutes of core exercises, and finally, 241 jump rope skips
Calories: under by nice margin

Yes x3. Close again with calories. Took a look at my app that tracks my cycle and now I understand the snacky cravings the past few days. Loads of cleaning and hauling heavy boxes this morning and an active & static interval workout this afternoon. The snow is really coming down so I’m looking forward to shovelling tomorrow.6

Exercise: Yes. Bowled a tournament for 2.5 hours. Got 3rd place out of 50 bowlers!
Calories: Yes. Under by 2 calories. Happy I kept it under after having cake at kids birthday party today (brought my own halo top for the ice cream, which saved me.)

I have neither a treadmill nor an exercise bike. I improvise alternating low impact aerobics, jogging & power walking in place. Do a search on YouTube for FoorYourSuccess. Yes, that is spelled correctly. He has lots of hikes you can emulate. Just makes my exercise a little more interesting if I can travel at the same time!2 -

Pass day for me. Was in ER last night. However did go to the gym. Gave a Zumba and 💪 training class. Did not eat well and slept most of the day.5
