Yes x3. Close again with calories. Took a look at my app that tracks my cycle and now I understand the snacky cravings the past few days. Loads of cleaning and hauling heavy boxes this morning and an active & static interval workout this afternoon. The snow is really coming down so I’m looking forward to shovelling tomorrow.6

Exercise: Yes. Bowled a tournament for 2.5 hours. Got 3rd place out of 50 bowlers!
Calories: Yes. Under by 2 calories. Happy I kept it under after having cake at kids birthday party today (brought my own halo top for the ice cream, which saved me.)

I have neither a treadmill nor an exercise bike. I improvise alternating low impact aerobics, jogging & power walking in place. Do a search on YouTube for FoorYourSuccess. Yes, that is spelled correctly. He has lots of hikes you can emulate. Just makes my exercise a little more interesting if I can travel at the same time!2 -

Pass day for me. Was in ER last night. However did go to the gym. Gave a Zumba and 💪 training class. Did not eat well and slept most of the day.5

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes - 2 x 7 minutes HIIT on the bike plus1h:14 minutes on mini-trampoline - virtual jogging around Winchester, UK and country-side environs ... more familiar "I was THERE!" moments as we spend a week in Winchester last June.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes - despite 439 calories burned and bigger intake, I still "left 136 unburned in the the pot"
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

Pass for Saturday. Of all my passes this month, I think this is only my second or third truly legit, I-ate-too-much pass for the month, lol. Went to a BBQ restaurant with a friend, was worth it!4
