    NOT a pass if you did 20 minutes of increased activity, like walk more than usual or heavy cleaning or some such thing ... It doesn't HAVE to be on the treadmill ....

    Tracking- yes, all.
    The large deficit from Jan 7 caught up with me...

    I’m a little scared, but am calming down & persevering. I do think salt and/or sugar must mess with my hunger signals.

    All will be okay.

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? YES
