Previous Weight: 194.2
Today's Weight: 194
Not much of a loss. I fell last Thursday and tore a ligament in my ankle so I cannot step on it for 2 weeks and 4-6 weeks heal time. I am also on steriods so hoping it doesn't give me too much of a gain.5 -

What’s everyone’s thoughts on grapefruit, lemon, and peppermint oils as helping to lose weight? I have a co-worker trying to sell this. Do any supplements actually work? Isn’t it just hard work and exercise or am I not getting good results because I’m not taking supplements?

Had a good weekend. A little too much snacking again. I’m so close and just constantly mess up my eating plan. Fitness is still doing really well thank goodness.
Must track everything tomorrow.

Good morning warriors!
Goal by the end of January: get my rings back on.
This is pretty bad. I haven’t been able to wear my rings for months. Last week I had to switch to a different bra. I have one pair of jeans that fits.
Whatever the scale says, these are the milestones that matter the most.3 -

Checking in throught the week helped alot. I just have to keep going to get to my preholiday weight and then on from there. Although I am not off to a great start today, I didn't get my steps in this morning. Although on the bright side I hit my 10,000 since Jan 2. Whohoo! I didn't realize it. Now I definately will have to get my steps in for today!3 -

31st : done (that was easy 😛😛 lol)
1st: done: ran for 1.5 and walked the rest
2nd done: ran 3 walked the rest
3rd done: all walking
4th done: chances are I will be working out since although I did walk yesterday, i took it as a regular routine rest day...i can't see myself not walking regardless.
5th done: 1.5 run, rest walking
6th done: 1.5 run and walked the rest
7th done
8th done. 1.5 run and walked the rest
9th done 1.5 run walked the rest
10th done 1.5 run, walked the rest

12th I was just under. 😥😥

Good Morning Warriors
Hope you all had a great weekend... I have been sick but finally got out of the house for a bit this weekend. Pepper and I went out shopping (to socialize) and visit all her friends. She is getting BIG! Anyway, I think I wore her out (yeah right)...

I am sorry team. I can't get out of this rut. I feel awful. I don't like running at this weight something I love doing. Seems like I keep gaining. I have some girl stuff going on that Drs seem to be blowing off. I need to get this control food has on me under control.
