@w8goal4life Thank you! I m taking it very slowly, but still losing. Looking like an avg of 1-1/4 lb per month for the last 4 months.
I’m definitely building my muscles back up after the shoulder rehab/arm fracture, and losing inches. So I guess my weight may not be the most important metric right now since I’ve read muscle weighs more than fat. I will start prepping the fireworks for March or April!!MadisonMolly2017 wrote: »
