    Sorry, I haven't done very well the lastly. I'm extremely stressed and busy right now because of work. One of my 5th grade teachers decided to quit and that has put a lot more work on my plate. Right now, I'm planning and grading for both classrooms. My only saving grace is I have a great principal...she's even stepped in as the substitute.

    When I started this 39 months ago, I chose Monday as my weigh in day, because it is always my worst day. I admit, I overdid it this weekend and I apologize!! I plan to work on my weekend eating habits!

    Thanks! Today's weigh-in 151.02 (68.5 kg). Same as last week's. Sorry team, will do better next month! I'm still happy for myself - wasn't sure if I'd be able to get back to tracking after the holidays and the life with no accountability for calories.

    Exercise: YES!!! I finally got a day off!! AND I got to see the light of day....AND it didn't rain, sleet, hail, hurricane, or do generally bad things to me....no Godzilla sightings here either!! I got to hike the very soggy and slick fitness trail little over 3miles. I wanted to do a lot more, but Joel wanted to play games tonight.
    Daily goal: Hold the door!!! Tomorrow....back to work and more rain....and rain....and rain.
