    Getting my water in is rough some day's. I have a really colorful water that helps me remember to drink water. However, I tend to rush off to 1 or 2 hour meetings and leave it at my desk. Goal for the Day - Keep my water bottle full and don't let it leave my side today. It will go with me wherever I go and I will get my water in today.

    Calories: over-but I was up and doing physical stuff and cleaning all day-I just didn't count it towards exercise. Was definitely not sedentary today though.
