    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? YES (stationary bike at gym)
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? NOT SURE
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? NO

    I wasn't over by much. Hubby and I too Dad to a live polka music venue. He LOVES polka!

    @jan110144 Again, I did the same. Really helpful to look back at what I was eating a year ago...and do a reset!

    I did realize I need to make sure I have the time & energy to focus on food/cooking/logging/exercise as I did when losing.
