Water: Not enough, but more than usual.
Exercise: Worked out with a Taekwondo class after my sons class, and got a 40 minute workout in before my toddler got to cranky for me to continue. I am hoping to do so more often though, so maybe she will get better accustomed to the later class time. I received my brown belt 19 years ago and told the instructors I would take a couple of months off. Flash forward to me now trying to keep up with teenagers.2 -

Track no didn't eat enough and what I did was toast it a sandwich not good all carbs.
Calories. Under but all rubbish stodgy bread
Water. Better had about 7 cups in the end
Exercise first 10k steps day in a while so feel good having at least done that.

Exercise: While I didn't log it on MFP as exercise, we did have a bowling happy hour event for work so I count that as getting me up and moving for at least an hour.
Day: Pretty solid day, stayed under calories and didn't give into any temptations at the happy hour despite having several appetizers sitting in front of me. I attribute that to eating a very filling lunch, so I wasn't the least bit hungry during the happy hour time.

Holy crap...I've been working out 5 days a week, sometimes twice a day, but I can't get my eating under control.Really didn't expect to go up that much...I am bloated this morning though.

Day: Had to make cookies for an event at BF's work, so did a little sampling that put my just over in calories, but thats life. Really trying to make this a lifestyle change, so learning to accept that sometimes I'm going to make cookies and eat some of the dough/end result and that is a ok.
Goal: Tonight we are going to a dance party instead of our normal Friday night happy hour/hanging out on the couch. So while its not traditionally what I consider exercise, I'm excited to move a ton while having alcohol, and hoping thats kickstarts preventing the weekend weight creep that I normally experience.1 -
