There is a saddle between two valleys just a half hour uphill from here. People have built benches there back-to-back so you can look either to the craggy canyons to the east, or the hills spread out below you to the west. It's a pretty steep hike with a great destination. My new phone takes photos (love new phone). - paula1

Busy week but I was able to get in exercise 3 days so far. Tuesday - 90 minutes tennis coaching drills. Wed 30 mins walking Thursday - 60 mins Tennis practice. I’m looking for this scale to start moving again. Especially since I stopped taking the new meds.
First match of the spring on Sunday and the first for me since fall season last year. I almost forgot how much I love playing...practicing with a smile on my face.
As soon as I retire I’m going to look for a gym. I need strength training and toning badly.
You guys inspire me.

Paula he is not good at behaving. Nopey nopey.
Worked out at the gym 3 days this week. My partner Angie bench presses 120 this morning. Awesome!

Off to the gym in a few minutes...that will make 6 days this week...haven't done that in a few years. Feels good, and the scale is responding.1

Great going Karen! I shoveled snow for 45 minutes today. I was really glad for my workouts!

My team one 4 of 5 matches today....yeah team! My partner and I won our match 6-3 6-3 in about 60 minutes. Good workout! 🎾🎾🎾
