Your thoughts/comments on the day: Ok so….my day was kinda like a Monday but not as busy…overall not too stressful…felt puffy all day so wasn’t surprised by my “Monday” weigh in…was exhausted all day from lack of sleep so didn’t have much of an appetite…didn’t eat all of my veggies, but def ate all the jello and popsicles LOL – asleep by 11:15 or so which I needed

Hoping for good result on scale tomorrow but not sure how good it will be.....I just feel like my body hasn't changed much recently......we shall see.....

Your thoughts/comments on the day: Scale was so rude today oh well maybe tomorrow and next week will be better.....off the majority of meds finally 5 weeks post op and just hoping to see some good results as my body resets......Have made a new goal for the end of March...

Weight Goal for the Month: It would be nice to hit 180. I’m new to this pace of loss, so this is a wild guess of what is possible. When doing CICO a few years ago I would barely lose 4 lbs a month on a good month.

Two nights ago I felt jittery at bedtime, but last night was fine. I feel like my blood pressure is low when I eat this way, but my body is adapting.
Yesterday’s meal is from the Whole Foods buffet. I ended up not eating the shredded chicken because I was full. The lower right corner is cauliflower gratin.
