Well here's a milestone ... @vhuber has participated in the MYAC challenge for 100 months. That's 8 1/3 years! Can you believe it?
And a little shout out to our friend @dinos who pops in now and then. He founded this challenge all those years ago.Lovemyalex wrote: »3/02

Some auspicious milestones being highlighted
@kar328 - you’ve worked really hard for that qualification, well done
@vhuber - WoW, that a lot of *kitten* moving, outstanding
@anaconda469 - incredible dedication to your health and fitness
@Dave and @Janet, thank you for all you do.
Could you please put me down for 125 for March.
@Janet - my friends have JUST completed Tokyo - cold, with relentless rain that got heavier, shivering in the pens. Loved every minute of it and very pleased with the shiny medal. 3:21 for him and 4:23 for her (unofficiall).1 -

Thanks for the update. It sounds terrible but odds are, were I there, I would also love every minute of it. Nice times for your friends. I wonder how they tolerate the 5+ hour runners?0 -

Great start, everyone!
@DEAN - Thanks for the pics! I do really like snow too, but I’m good now. Really. Uncle.

Adding 2.4 miles.
I have a few upcoming races, a 5K next weekend, then the Tarheel 4 miler April 13 and the Susan G Komen May 4th. I'm *considering squeezing another one in there on April 27, the March of Dimes does a 5K as well as their walk. My office walks it (we're Women's Heath related). I'd rather not walk, especially with coworkers when I'm off the clock - so I'm trying to decide if three races in three weeks is doable. They're not big ones, but I'm not one to run long distances.

Kar: Three 5ks are certainly doable. If they were big races perhaps not. I know you are not a runner by nature but knowing your fitness level, it should be fine for you. Although Ihave a friend running half marathons nearly every weekend.
Mar.4: Adding 20.5 miles of walking 2.5 miles and cycling 18 miles

Well I seem to have got off to a good start even with sore knees and old dogs to walk. Been doing some Leslie Sansone walk at home videos to catch up a bit0 -
