Thanks Dave. It was 40 and wet, but not windy. Last year was 35 and very windy. I stayed in my car and blessed my seat warmer for being my friend. Two pairs of leggings, two shirts, one jacket and gloves later and off we went. It was a little bit of a struggle, but I talked myself out of walking. My trainer and her son passed me, and watching them pull further away messes with my mind. But I ran the whole thing, waiting for the official results but it's about 31 mins. It's pretty hilly so I'm happy with that.

Congratulations @kar328. That's a great time, especially under sloppy conditions.
I'm back in California visiting my mom. I had the day free so I went hiking in Joshua Tree National Park. Beautiful wildflowers! I'm at 33/75. Tomorrow I go running on the beach. It sure is pretty here after all the rain.1 -

I'm thinking there's something wrong with my computer - only one update today?
Well two updates, because here's mine ... had a beautiful run on the beach this morning. It's the first time I've run 3 miles in less than 36 minutes in a while. Maybe it's because I've lost weight, but probably it's because conditions were perfect, mid 50's, dry and beautiful view!0 -

The only update from me would be that sometimes I really hate people. However, you guys knew that already. Don't bring me your cat because something is wrong but you don't know what it is and then when I find something, tell me you don't believe me. Here's your sign.1

Pretty quiet here again today. Might be a lot of people taking rest days due to the switch to DST. I know that's why I didn't get up and go to the gym.

Lots of running in Boot Camp, including stairs. And my instructor was also in Saturday's 5K Got my time, finally - 30:55. I'm happy with it due to those lovely inclines and hills and that I was wearing two of all my clothes. I was 93/228 and 8/31 for F45+. I'm not liking the 45->death category lol

I tried posting a meme earlier but I was having network issues. I’ll try again from home.
