@kar: Congratulations on passing your certification test. What an outstanding accomplishment! Did you have any doubt....your a smart girl for sure!
Thanks, but of course the butterflies were there. My HR was up to 94 before I had to take my Fitbit off before hitting the exam room. Looks like I may have a job - my dietitian sent me an email about being a health coach in a program the gym is running - just the one client at the moment. I'm working up the nerve to read the email - hoping I can do it with my current full time job. I know, just open the danged thing.
3.2 treadmill miles. I have a 5k next Saturday and haven't run more than 2/2.5 recently.

Well here's a milestone ... @vhuber has participated in the MYAC challenge for 100 months. That's 8 1/3 years! Can you believe it?
And a little shout out to our friend @dinos who pops in now and then. He founded this challenge all those years ago.2 -

Some auspicious milestones being highlighted
@kar328 - you’ve worked really hard for that qualification, well done
@vhuber - WoW, that a lot of *kitten* moving, outstanding
@anaconda469 - incredible dedication to your health and fitness
@Dave and @Janet, thank you for all you do.
Could you please put me down for 125 for March.
@Janet - my friends have JUST completed Tokyo - cold, with relentless rain that got heavier, shivering in the pens. Loved every minute of it and very pleased with the shiny medal. 3:21 for him and 4:23 for her (unofficiall).1 -

Thanks for the update. It sounds terrible but odds are, were I there, I would also love every minute of it. Nice times for your friends. I wonder how they tolerate the 5+ hour runners?0 -
