So if it means red sky at sunrise means crappy weather is coming. What does it mean if the sunrise is totally red AND the sunset is totally red? We going to get crappy weather on both ends of the day tomorrow???

Monday not a good day. Had to miss both Pilates and Yoga as my youngest grandson was unwell and couldn’t go to pre-school (he’d been sick and they don’t let them back until 24 hours after the last episode)

And the days go by, and I gain another pound. And the days go by, and I want another round.
Hadn't heard that version of the Talking Heads, but I like it.1 -
@Anaconda - Red sky at night is because jet stream has moved a low front to the east so clear skies are ahead. Red Sky in morning means the Jet Stream is moving a low front into your area so expect cloudy weather. Red sky in Portland is typical because the fronts back up against the Cascades and leave you getting crappy weather either way.0

@clepant I love "not a runner by nature" - I'm going to borrow it. I did sign up for the third race - it's a March of Dimes one, the office walks, but I hear not all together. Its at the same time as the walk, so i"m assuming it's all the same, just have to get to the front - and not have to hang out with the coworkers including a few providers - while I'm not on the clock. And there's a medal involved :-)
Adding 2.5 today.

Yup we had crappy weather all day, it snowed all day and is still going, but.....not one snow flake stuck. So you could see it, then it disappeared. I wish it would just freaking snow and get it over with.0 -

Will post tomorrow night. Busy day getting things ready, as my dad is having his pacemaker replaced tomorrow.
@kar...you can borrow anything I say as long as it does not get me arrested. I know that running is not your thing as much as weight training and other forms of exercise are. You will be awesome girl, you’ll do great!2 -

@clepant and everyone - what happens on "Move Your *kitten*" forums stays on "Move Your *kitten*" forums, right?
Adding 2.5 miles. Doing a 5K tomorrow, hoping the weather is decent. Last year it was 35 and windy for this race and that was two weeks later in the month.
