WOOT!! 3.4 lbs loss this week and a grand total of 50 lbs loss. I got my charm this morning at my WW meeting. I so excited to finally reach 50 lbs but I was much more excited to lose 3.4 lbs in ONE week!! I really think intermittent fasting is a lifestyle that I can really stick with. Next charm is at 75 lbs. and I WANT it!!

Exercise: 50 min platform stepping while watching a new show with husband (anyone else using Amazon Prime tried Widow with Kate Beckinsale?)
Steps for 03/20 - 10,716
Goals today:
- Food on plan, under calories
- Plenty of water/tea/etc (need to go get my mug of coffee now!)
- Exercise: martial arts practice session, outdoor walk, stretching or yoga
- Get in some extra steps today to make up for being short on Tuesday; I am aiming for 70K for the week!

Water: good
Exercise: 60 min walk/stairs outdoors in the sunshine.
Tomorrow's plan: lower body weights and stay low carb. I made some keto crackers and keep them in a clear container on my counter which usually helps me stay on track.

Ever since the app's been acting up I haven't been able to post.
So here are my steps:
3/11: 10,034
3/18: 6,661 - fitbit died but I was doing yard work and worked out that day.
3/19: 13,363
3/20: 15,053
Last few days have been. Calories in check, been doing my 30 min workouts.
Today's plan is 30 min arm and 10 min abs.
Tmrws workout is legs! 😌

Goals/Comments: started day with aqua size classes. I am going to stairs today and walking outside2 -

Exercise: 40 minutes on the treadmill
My goal is to try to slow down when I'm eating. I eat so freaking fast and then I get too full. This has always been a problem for me but now that I'm doing IF, I really don't like getting that full and would like to stop eating when my body tells me too. Any pointers?

A lot has happened over the time of not being able to login and such.
Due to inexperience at the gym I dropped a barbell on my head. I met senior games runner who convinced me to start doing interval training.
My son told me to up my calories and workout more to get the results I want.
I drink coffee. Ok that part you knew and has not changed and the battle to find the large cups is real. It happens daily at work.
My steps for today are 11511.

Good evening!

Water: over
Exercise: Spinning and yoga class (90 minutes), martial arts practice (15 minutes)
Steps are under for today, but I am beat. I am still shooting for 70K for the week, and tomorrow is a new day. Body says spinning and class was great, and that it is time to rest.
@Kres567 - Enjoy the family visit! We'll be here when they head out.
@Wishusdonna - Better day today? That's the big trick, to get back to work after having an over day. You got this!
