Can you guys let me know when it’s time to sign up for April? My state portfolios get submitted Friday, so I’m hoping things get back to normal after that.
Excited to have you back to challenger status! Can you let me know your weigh in day and your starting weight? I will provide to the moderators who will update the April spreadsheet.3 -

Coffee, will be better my wife bought a really good coffe bar.
Exercise was walking at work and then running after.

Everyone has done so well. I feel like my weightloss has been minimal in comparison but better than nothing thats for sure. Ill give April a go.
I have lost 5 pounds since late feb , slow but something. Thanks everyone for the supportive and friendly group.

I think you have done amazingly well! I am so happy you are continuing on for April. The accountability has helped me through my journey. Even though I haven’t lost much I truly believe that I would have gained so much more if I wasn’t part of this group.1 -

1. Drink lots! Goal is 100 oz with 60 of those at work ❌
2. Stick to my food plan✅

Hey @Jactop ! Your goal is inspiring. I was just looking at a Garmin challenge I am in, and making plans to walk more this weekend to make it into the Top 3 at least.1 -

Calories are under due to the amount of food I have to eat.
Coffee is under par but I drank as much as could of the java juice until my boss told me to get to work.
Lots of walking today. Plus I ran a mile after work 11:15.
