    All caught up on my workouts. Today is 30 mins arms.

    Steps:
    3/28: 16,064
    3/29: 5,729- spent most of the day relaxing. I did do 30 mins total body cardio and then spent some time by the pool. Did a few laps. But felt sore after since I had just worked out beforehand.

    Looking forward to starting a new month challenge with you all!
    It's been so nice to read about your daily lives and do this together :)

    Wow Mission Slimpossibles! What a strong finish to the month! As a team we have lost over 50lbs!
