All caught up on my workouts. Today is 30 mins arms.
Steps:
3/28: 16,064
3/29: 5,729- spent most of the day relaxing. I did do 30 mins total body cardio and then spent some time by the pool. Did a few laps. But felt sore after since I had just worked out beforehand.
Looking forward to starting a new month challenge with you all!
