Ever since the app's been acting up I haven't been able to post.
So here are my steps:
3/11: 10,034
3/18: 6,661 - fitbit died but I was doing yard work and worked out that day.
3/19: 13,363
3/20: 15,053
Last few days have been. Calories in check, been doing my 30 min workouts.
Today's plan is 30 min arm and 10 min abs.
Tmrws workout is legs! 😌

Goals/Comments: started day with aqua size classes. I am going to stairs today and walking outside2 -

Exercise: 40 minutes on the treadmill
My goal is to try to slow down when I'm eating. I eat so freaking fast and then I get too full. This has always been a problem for me but now that I'm doing IF, I really don't like getting that full and would like to stop eating when my body tells me too. Any pointers?

A lot has happened over the time of not being able to login and such.
Due to inexperience at the gym I dropped a barbell on my head. I met senior games runner who convinced me to start doing interval training.
My son told me to up my calories and workout more to get the results I want.
I drink coffee. Ok that part you knew and has not changed and the battle to find the large cups is real. It happens daily at work.
My steps for today are 11511.

Exercise: Spinning and yoga class (90 minutes), martial arts practice (15 minutes)
Steps are under for today, but I am beat. I am still shooting for 70K for the week, and tomorrow is a new day. Body says spinning and class was great, and that it is time to rest.

For Thursday I got my calories under, my water on track, and my steps were 12384.
Beautiful sea bream and samphire for dinner!
I have ZERO chance of catching @tess5036 but I might just catch her equivalent in another group who normally walks as much as she has been this week, but is actually within a few steps of me today!
Also, I felt awful yesterday and my eczema came back, so it's like my body is telling me, I have to look after it 100% of the time or it will just go bleurgh!
Carb day because of the working out. Protein, protein, protein!

@Wishusdonna you do brilliantly. I had an advante thos week, I wasn't working and was on holiday in Paris, cardi this week inclding climbing the Eiffle Tower
I am back today, so steps wil be less as my job is desk bound, but may increase agisn toiwardsa thew summer as I'm training for a marathon.

I am fine now. I was worried for the first 24 hrs. You are probably right about coffee levels.😜

Today, was a good day. I spent most of it working on the baby shower I'm giving in a couple of weeks. It's going to be a little girl so I get to indulge my love of all things pink and go all out.

3/22-3211, I did something to my back while at work and instead of working out I just sat with a heating pad and babied it. Much better today!
