I'm back aboard after a few weeks of complete turmoil in my life. Things are only going to get tougher, but I'm rededicating my efforts to lose more weight.4 -

Really pleased with this week 3lbs, which I know is higher than the1lb that I have set , I am expecting a slowdown at some point but also trying to do a lot more exercise but feel really positive so far. I have also discovered the power plate at the gym and figure some advanced wobbling may be the answer - perhaps the fat will shake itself off (or end up around my ankles)

Just returned from a 13 day vacation so not surprised at all. I indulged in many, many things - did get quite a bit of walking in as well but, not enough to balance all of the food and drinks.3 -

Well, this week I feel like I had no control over my eating. I tried early in the day, but by the afternoon I was at the vending machine getting a candy bar. So, to gain 0.2lbs instead of 2lbs is okee dokee with me. Hoping to have an easier time this week.
