    4/5, 4/6, are 2 of my pass days. I've got an awful tooth absess and my face is swollen and I'm in horrible pain. I'm on day 2 of antibiotics and today was a little better. I was able to get a walk in.

    4/7 yes to all 3

    Tomorrow I'm starting a Beachbody challenge.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Active rest day today -- gardening for 30 minutes and a long walk at the park with the hubby. Was a beautiful sunny day and almost 80 degrees -- was perfect for being outside today! Ending the day with close to 17K steps.

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and slightly under

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!

    Sundays are so hard for me. I fasted in the morning but then ate way too much the rest of the day. Stayed within calories but didn’t make great choices. Glad tomorrow is Monday! Start over.
