GOOD MORNING TEAM
YESTERDAY WELL WAS AN EMOTIONALLY CHARGED DAY FROM THE GET GO TO THE FINISH
I SURVIVED IT WITH MANY EMOTIONAL TIMES....MY LOVING WIFE SUFFERED THE WORST BETWEEN US 2 AND I HAD TO STAYED STRONG FOR HER....LONG STORY THERE AND I AM NOT GOING TO GO INTO IT... JUST TRUST ME HERE WHEN I SAY SHE TOOK IT A LOT HARDER THAN I HAD ORIGINALLY THOUGHT SHE WOULD.
THANK YOU ALL FOR THE SUPPORT WHILE I WENT THROUGH TIME WITH MY FAMILY AND MARCIE.....

THE MAY CHALLENGE KICKS OFF TOMORROW AND WE NEED TO LEAD THE WAY.....
APRIL WASN'T SO GOOD FOR MANY OF US ME INCLUDED AND SO WE NEED TO GET THIS TEAM BACK ON TRACK....
THE WAY WE DO THIS IS SIMPLE....
WE SUPPORT EACH OTHER JUST THE SAME WAY YOU SUPPORT MARCIE AND I THESE LAST 2 MONTHS....
I WILL POST A TEAM CHALLENGE TOMORROW TO KICK START OFF OUR MONTH.....
IT'S GONNA TAKE A FIRM COMMITMENT FROM ALL OF US ....
IT'S GONNA MAKE US TAKE A GOOD LOOK AT OUR MEAL PLANS AND EXERCISE PLAN AND MAYBE JUST MAYBE MAKE SOME ADJUSTMENTS.
IT GONNA TAKE TEAM WORKOUT WARRIORS TO COMMIT TO 100% PARTICIPATION FOR IT TO BE SUCCESSFUL AND IT IF WE HAVE THAT...
THEN WE WILL BE ON THE TOP OF THE LEADER BOARD.
