Ahanaz - Week 5

Wow... This is an all time high for me. To some it may not seem like that much, but being 5' even, it's still far too much.
I know all the errors I make. Long story short: I think I do keto by baking and making keto snacks and food. But then there's chocolate, and milk. Water is no longer part of my day (maybe a glass a day). I reach for food instead. I don't count calories as it's not typically part of doing keto. But... I snack throughout the day, instead of having proper meals. Calorie count is going through the roof. If you stick to proper meals and no snacks, one doesn't have to count, but I don't anymore.

Week 4 was brutal for us, yours truly especially. Week 5 will be better as the waters recede.3

Down to my low watermark since I rejoined this challenge. It's way past time for a new low. As I was plowing away in the pool yesterday I was debating whether to stop at 45 minutes or keep going for the full hour--knowing weigh-in was this morning I kept going. Glad I did. Much like running longer distances, longer swims give you that same "runner's high" except for when your breathing timing gets off and you inhale water.3 -

I had a total loss for the month of 6.2 lbs. That was a lot of water weight coming off of the steroids I was taking for a lung infection. My goal for next month is to get under 150.3 -
