    ATTN CAPTS
TIME FOR YOU TO GET YOUR SCORE CARD IN ORDER FOR THE NEXT 2 WEEKS
THE NEW SCORE WILL BE ON SHEET 2 ON THE SCORE CARD....THIS IS SO WE CAN FINISH RECORDING THIS PAST WEEKS SCORES AND GET THE MVP'S OUT TO THE RANK AND FILE.
REMEMBER YOU DON'T HAVE TO THE TEAM CAPTAIN TO MAKE UP A TEAM. IT CAN BE ANY TEAM MEMBER TO DO SO AND THE MAX TEAM IS 6 PLAYERS.
THEY RECORD THE TEAM SCORE ON THIS LINK..... https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10737379/mods-week-2-challenge-r-u-ready-for-some-baseball#latest
@jugar AND I WILL TAKE CARE OF THE REST OR IF YOU HAVE ACCESS TO THE SHEETS YOU CAN RECORD THE SCORES YOURSELF.

I just want to add to Greg's post, and give baseball team leaders an easy way to report daily scores if you don't want to post them yourself on the scorecard spreadsheet. Please feel free to post your team's scores on the MOD CHALLENGE thread and we'll put them on the scorecard for you. I know people are busy, working hard, and want to play but might find the reporting to be a pain in the neck - so make it easy for yourselves if it helps you PLAY!

I'll be honest...I don't know anything about baseball in general and have no idea what this challenge is about even though I opened Greg's spreadsheet and read his posting.

Is this something that's required? Is this in addition to posting the weights/steps on our regular spreadsheet or instead of? I'm gonna need a LOT more information...

I am so proud of myself tonight after a week of good and bad days. I went out tonight to celebrate my younger cousin’s birthday to Red Lobster. I researched on their website ahead of time and stuck to my plan. I even refused those devil-baked cheddar bay biscuits!!! I enjoyed what I ordered and left feeling satisfied! Walked out with my head high.

That’s awesome Jessica! These are the critical wins as they will bring you success on this journey! ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Kind of relaxed over the Easter weekend and it shows. Bouncing off the 200 barrier seems to be my destiny lately. Weather is officially great now so time to get that Speedo bod back!! B)

There is a Week 5 this month so be advised to post your Week 5 weight in the April thread. This means if you weigh in on May 1-4 that weight will appear on the April spreadsheet.

    Week 4, Monday
    PW: 148.8
    CW: 151.8

Grrrrrr.....I'm thinking my scale needs help being thrown out. I think the 148.8 of last week was a scale error even though I weighed 3 times. I'm sure today's weigh in is more in align with my actual losses. But I am still on track for a nice loss this month - so far about 6 lbs give or take a few ounces. We'll see what this next week brings. Have a happy Monday y'all.

Well not the worst. I had my monthly body Analysis today, Ive dropped 1.6lbs of fat and maintained my muscle, My visceral fat went down almost 6 points, and its recommendation is down to only 5.3 lbs of fat left to lose. Im also almost over my recommended amount of muscle, Im curiouse to see if is will reccomend I lose x-amount of muscle when I get over that point, hahaha
