I was so busy that I unintentionally fasted Thursday minus my morning coffee and my daily water intake. Never felt a tad bit hungry.
I did go mildly overboard today though and forced myself to eat. Morning coffee, cottage cheese and some peanuts at lunch, and a steak and broccoli for dinner. But even going a few hundred calories over today it's still less than what I'd eat across two days. It's so weird to never be hungry.8 -

Fat in meat used to gross me out. It’s amazing how your tastes can change once you are keto! I have no problem eating a marbled steak now or a fatty pork chop. Before I would have trimmed it and thrown half that stuff away (actually given it to my husband but he’ll eat anything!)
