You become a food snob. You stop and think about what you eat first and often things are just not worth it. Also I no longer feel slightly "guilty" about having just me foods in the house. The kids have foods I am not eating that they love, so it is the same thing for my little stash. Yes, I do share from time to time. But I feel better saying, well I am having this because I did not have (list their foods)...2

EXACTLY!!!!!!!!!!!!! including my wife...(skinny but unhealthy) works in Queensland health and thinks doctors know best, LOL3 -
when you have had a lousy day and want to drown the sorrows in the ice pint (or so), the candy bars (note the 's'), and other things but can't because you know it will make the depression/sorrows worse.
so you drown them in bacon/hamburger/cheese (and other deliciousness instead)5 -

Agree with all of you . One of my friend's daughter turns for my advises to help her losing weight and keep it off.I feel happy with myself in stead of feeling of hopelessness. friends make good comments about my weight loss .👍🏽4

I constantly have to remind the other shoppers in the house not to get the light sour cream, 2%, 4%, etc cottage cheese because it's got more sugar. Always go for the full fat stuff. Sugar = bad.
Also, you know you're Keto when you still have a ton of calories left over and aren't hungry whatsoever. At least for me any way.

You bump up a thread from months ago when you were active...
When you get leg cramps every morning you forget to take your magnesium tablets before you go to sleep. First time taking tablets, and it has helped so much with leg cramps.2 -
