New month. Trying to post every day this month.
Still at goal weight after 18 months in maintenance.
As short days here now, will try get out to walk earlier instead of leaving to to late in the day (weather permitting).
Congratulations to all that made circle last month.
Congratulations too to all that continued and stayed with the group last month even if not making circle.17 -
I'm a newbie! Congratulations to all who made the winner's circle last month - that is really impressive and inspiring! I now know that it really can be done. Of course, on the first day of the challenge I'm going out to dinner with my girlfriends! I AM going to do this, though, so keep me accountable! I'll see you all later today!12

I had this on the Introduction. I thought I might just put it here as a reminder to myself, oldies, and new friends.
Welcome Newbies and also welcome back oldies.
I have been on this group for over 1 year.
These are some of the sad but wonderful truths I have learned in this journey.
This is about my health /your health. This is one thing in this life that nobody can do for me or you (us).
Nobody can exercise on my or your behalf.
Nobody can keep track of what I/ you eat, bite, lick, drink, etc on my/your behalf
Nobody can stay within my/your calorie budget on my/your behalf

Please do not give up. Please, please, please do not drop out when you fall off the wagon. Get up. We will help you dust off the dirt
This group is very accommodating, very encouraging, and there is no judgement
We are very supportive.
I will be here, some of us will still be here either loosing, maintaining or conquering bad habits. Every small step will put you in the right direction.

I just this idea from @craigo3154 some times ago. I have found it very helpful. Therefore,
My Personal goals for May:
1. Plan to be in winners circle (track everything as expected in this UAC)
2. Not more than 3 pass days
3. Stay honest (even if it puts me out of the circle for the month)
4. Forgive my mistakes (forgive myself) and don't leave the UAC for this month even if I failed
5. Encourage others where possible.
Following these goals was very helpful to me last month. Though I was off on goal #2, as evident from the winner's circle list above
Looking forward to a successful May!

Congratulations to all of April's Winners' Circle!
Welcome, new members of the UAC, and welcome back all returners. It's awesome to see everyone working to build better habits.
@ForAmanda222, sorry that your friend was not supportive! While it's true that none of us will ever be able to maintain an identical level of enthusiasm for anything forever, I think the UAC in particular is the opposite of a fad because it's designed to be simple (though not necessarily easy), long-term, and forgiving. Prove your friend wrong! ^_^12 -

It's my choice what I do with my life. I decide.
