    Results for May Week #1

    Well, team The Big Butt Theory did not have a great start to May. We finished fifth, with a loss of 0.22% vs. 0.70% for first place. Did I mention there are only five teams?!!

    Our bright spot was our very own @enyagoboom who placed third overall with a loss of 2.38%. Congratulations!!

    The top seven Big Butts who lost ~1% of their body weight last week were:

    @enyagoboom - 2.38%
    @Tracie_Lord - 1.86%
    @mickey10111 - 1.33%
    @lozenger1984 - 1.11%
    @brandi_84 - 1.09%
    @miakelaa - 1.01%
    @ForLangston - 0.90%

    Well done to all seven for a great first week of May!

    Awesome losses team!

    Peaks and valleys. The amount of activity in this group is awesome. I had so many messages to catch up on after going MIA this weekend. That shows that there is no quit and we will keep moving forward.

    @erikNJ, I thought the same thing, especially with the Mini Challenge Results that I will post later on tonight. Awesome involvement!!

    Well done to all seven for a great first week of May!

    I didn't see this before - yay team! I doubt very much I'll have another loss like that any time soon, but it was nice to get on the boards! (I also try to keep it under 2lbs a week, so this one was a fluke times three lol)

    Mini Challenge Monday:
    Tracking - yes
    Calories - no. I am starving today! I keep making decent choices but lordy I want to just stuff my face with everything. if someone put a bag of lays in front of me? they'd be salty crumbs in no time.
    Exercise - yes, yes, and yes. Yoga for 40 min, c25k w1d1 for 36 minutes, and I'm about to go out for another walk with the dog. Even with all that, I'm over on calories *yikes*

    I picked up some coconut milk for my smoothies rather than the vitamin D milk i used this morning, and i'll be forgoing the coffee for the rest of the week at least - both of those things will net me almost 400 calories a day (I like creamy, sweet coffee). 400 calories is a meal, full stop lol!

    @enyagoboom, 400 calories in coffee daily...yikes, indeed! I'd be looking for substitutions, too!! Great job on the exercise!!

    @HASWLRS thanks for the advice and giving me a new perspective. I agree if I stop the mini challenge the scale will go father up. I will continue the mini challenge and not do the weekly weigh in. ~ Thanks!
