    Track: Yes
    Calories: Under; Limit 1500/Actual 1294
    Water: 100 oz
Exercise: Walking to Transitions, walking to the store, walking the 0.75 miles home carrying 22.6 pounds of groceries on my back and five more in my hand.
Day: I hurried out of the apartment early to get to Nutrition 101. Turns out I left an hour early. I waited around and planned my grocery list. We learned about some of the foods best for you. I didn't have my notebook with me to write them down but I remember pink grapefruit being number three and white grapefruit number 5. For vegetables Watercress was number 1, Nappa Cabbage I think was three and spinach number 5. We also had a demonstration of how much sugar was actually in drinks, it was kind of eye opening to see the actual amounts and not just hear it in teaspoons. After the class I went to the store and got a few things and headed home knowing that it would count as my activity for the day. We have been hit pretty hard by rain here so for a few more minutes we are still under a flash flood warning. They extended it at least three times today. It's sunny, hot, and humid now. More storms on Sunday,

    Track: Yes, through lunch only
    Calories: over
Exercise: Ran 3 miles, walked the dog after
Day: It was a productive day at work. Thank goodness I ran this morning because it was all down hill after lunchtime. Saturday is my 40th birthday. My coworker spoiled me today by surprising me with a box of chocolate covered almonds and a large humdinger (type of ice cream sundae). When I got home, hubby took me out to dinner. Tomorrow he and I are going to the casino overnight for my bday, then Saturday is a cookout for my father in laws bday (we are bday buddies). Going to be lots of food and drinks this weekend. Lots of exercise in my future.

    Track: Yes
    Calories: Under
    Exercise: 1 hour at bootcamp
Goal/Day: Another day of worrying. This flooding is so scary. The water hasn't made it to my neighborhood yet but with all the thousands of tons of water they have released and will continue to release from the dam it could be possible. Also when I left work today 2 of the 3 streets our building sits on were already flooded 😔. PRAYERS FOR US DOWN IN OKLAHOMA🙏🙏

    Weight loss 1 lb

I am so excited about this one pound loss! When I first started tracking food in Jan. I quickly lost about 25lbs (over 2lbs/week). But for a couple of months, I haven't been able to lose even a pound a week and some weeks gained, so I am so glad to be going down again. I know what "works" for me but I am having a really tough time getting back into the routine of weighing and writing down my food since being sick. Fortunately, I haven't completely fallen off the no sugar/flour wagon though I certainly have "splurged" some here and there. I am thankful for this group because I was needing a lot more accountability.

quick post... I'll post my Thursday later, probably tonight with my Friday. I'm not giving up, but I did give in last night. :( My Thursday exercise was fair. And I slept in this morning (Friday.) And at the moment and icing my back. I had a major breathtaking spasm in my back. So hoping that it is relieved soon so I can go to work.

    Never give up!!

Track: through dinner; but not after.
    Calories: Over
    Exercise: Yes
    8+ water: 12
    Daily Goals:
    • Morning Affirmations
    • Plan / pre-log food
    • Exercise goals 30-60 min/day, add resistance: 30 Min
    • One post-dinner snack: more than 1
    • Kitchen Closed! - Didn’t work. :(
Not sure if there was an issue; but I did wake up later and didn’t get my “normal” workout in. And dinner was later than usual. Factors?
Friday am I woke up just “tired” of pre-planning and thinking about food and not wanting to have a plan. This is where I have to be careful. Especially with a holiday weekend upon us. And to boot back spasm, just makes me want to throw in the towel. BUT! I won’t. I am here to talk through it. We all have “those” bad days. I hope once I get the back iced and calmed down, then some exercise I’ll get some of those happy endorphins to cheer me up. Either way, it’s being marked on my calendar and in my journal to learn from it. Preventable? Maybe not. But hopefully, I can make the binge be less someday. Anyhoo!! I’ll catch up with your posts tonight. HUGS.

    Track: yes
    Calories: over, Limit: 1500/Actual: 1665
    Water: 100 oz
Exercise: Walked to and from Transitions twice, Zombies, Run (Tightrope - 38 minutes)
Day: I left late for group this morning. I walked faster than I should have to get there this morning, but I think my heart handled it okay. It was a short trip. I met with my CSS and got my meds through Tuesday morning. I have lots of appointments next week. I ate a doughnut today in group feeling kinda low about getting there late (by 1 minute). I still had to be walked back to group. Anyways, I stopped at just the one. I ate well the rest of the day. Finally got my exercise walk in at 7 pm.

    Daily post Friday May 24:
    Tracked: yes
    Calories: over
    Exercise: no

I did good until about 30 minutes ago and then hit the chips which are my downfall. Went over by 400 calories for today which ends up being a sort of maintenance day instead of weight loss day. That’s okay.

    Track: yes
    Calories: under
Exercise: 30 min run outside then 20 minutes lifting legs
Day: I overslept and didn't make it to the gym before work this morning. Met up with my family at a food truck fair at lunchtime and had yummy shrimp tacos and a fancy coffee but skipped the cupcakes. I left work later than I wanted to but stopped to get a workout in before I came home. Sooooo glad I did. Looking forward to spending time with my kids, maybe a hike, and catching up on housekeeping this weekend.

Track: through dinner; but not after.
    Calories: Over
    Exercise: No
    8+ water: 9
    Daily Goals:
    • Morning Affirmations ❓ Woke up with a bad attitude.
    • Plan / pre-log food
    • Exercise goals 30-60 min/day, add resistance: back spasm
    • One post-dinner snack: big binge
    • Kitchen Closed! - Forgot to close it!
Saturday am rant: I think I misdiagnosed last Thursday’s binge, this must be TOM or mid-TOM. Because there is underlying anger and an I don’t care attitude. I’m going to work very hard this weekend today to pick myself up and dust myself off. One day at a time. I need to remind myself that I want to feel better. That there will always be a day or two in any given month (or a week, I suppose) that I won’t be perfect, nor will I want to do everything that I should. But building up the habits so that discipline rather than emotions and motivation is what powers me through. And having this group is doing exactly that. I almost didn’t write this little bit, but as I am it helps. So maybe I need to learn from that. And when I’m frustrated instead of fighting myself… write! Maybe I should see if the microphone works for a google document! Then I can yell, too! LOL Anyhoo… I’m glad that I got part of those emotions out. I must sound all whacky! So, after I catch-up here, as I ice my back, I’m going to get in some exercise. Today will be some resistance and I’m going to find and test many cardio videos throughout the day. It’s raining here, so it’s an inside day! :(

Sorry team. I hope my two binges don’t add up to a huge gain. Ugh!! I’ll work on it today AND TONIGHT!!
