Summer's coming and I need to get my act together. It's always hard after a vacation to switch gears. Not tracking or getting my water in. It's not gonna be good on Friday (weigh in day) if I don't make some changers.1

I've been a little under the weather and was away for the weekend to try and recover.
Back on it now, but up hill struggle ahead.😭2 -

I got back from a holiday only yesterday night, so couldn't weigh in in time, but if it's okay I'd like to log today's instead:
Last week: 65.8 kg (145.1 lb)
Today's weight: 66.1 kg (145.7 lb)
Foodwise, I both love and hate visiting family - lots of amazing food, but hard to sneak in workouts and to eat meals at designated times (even harder to say no!). Glad I didn't gain more.1 -

Exercise: Lots and lots of walking. Spent the day at Busch Gardens with my girls and my parents. SO much fun, sun, and walking. Even though I'm away this week, I'm trying hard to stay on track as much as possible My parents took us to a buffet dinner after the park....I'm proud of my choices. I started with salad, then chose veggies, baked chicken and baked fish. Everyone around me was munching on fried chicken. Small victories!4 -
