    Cals-over by 250, I was famished all day after my spin class this morning and being 400 cals under yesterday!
    Exercise- 60 min spin class at 5:30am

    Goals for tomorrow- workout, enjoy breakfast out with the hubby and make smart choices, and get the house ready to have the family over on Sunday for mother’s day!

    Had a lovely mothers day today. Ate scones with jam and cream (made by my daughter), somehow still managed to stick to my calorie goal and did a circuit class with the family. Can't ask for more than that! :p
