Looking forward to tomorrow's weigh in, I've been good this week, so confident of a loss.
Also its early finish at work tomorrow and then a long run, so hoping for 10miles on the bike and 10miles running!
This Sunday I've got my first 10k race of the year, so hoping to beat my current PB of 52mins.4 -
