Think I suffer from tracking amnesia so this week am going to track as if my life depends on it. I go on holiday in just over 6 weeks and at the moment my weight is heading in the wrong direction. I know what I need to do-just have trouble doing it sometimes

Hey Katy...one of the old WW tricks works well for me...fix your meal, put all the leftovers away and log your food before you eat. Gives you a chance to adjust your portions after you see your calories AND if you’re like me, you’ll not want to get up and into the leftovers in essence cutting you off from extra helpings. Plus it makes sure your logging gets done throughout the day, as you go! Try it!!1 -

Finish getting all my flower pots planted. I have dirt, seeds (somewhere, put them somewhere safe where I wouldn't lose them), and just haven't finished.2 -
