Hello All and welcome to all the newcomers!!! I know I'm tardy to the party but I've been having a bit of trouble with getting on MFP this week.
My name is Andrea and as you can see from my user name, I'm a nurse (by day). All other times I'm a travel agent, so needless to say I keep pretty busy. I'm a transplant to good ol Texas with my husband and daughter who is going to be a senior this year😳.
I've been on MFP for a couple years off and on but this year I am working to do better before my weight significantly starts to affect my health. So in that vein I took up Title Boxing at the suggestion of a friend and I love it! Currently i am completing a no sugar challenge with some friends of mine and so far it seems to be going pretty well.
Well that's all about me. Good luck to the new folks and I hope you are able to get everything you need here!!

1 week of a few good days and way too many really bad days with emotional eating equals 10 lbs gained. 🤦🏽♀️ I feel it too. Bloated all over... so hoping if I can stay on track this week I’ll see a rebound in the right direction next week. Sorry team 🙁1 -

Holy Hannah I am so stiff today. I woke up a little stiff yesterday, I lifted yesterday but only 1/3 of my regular lifting and I lightened my load from my usual, but I can hardly move my neck today. Even better I woke up text bagging me to work tonight, I told them I would, but warned them I am moving slow. I took an ibuprofen and its helped a bit. hoping Ill be able to get a run in, but will have to see how much I loosen up.1 -
