@jessicakrall8 .. may I ask what is the step challenge and i would be interested in that challenge 🙂
If you go to the June spreadsheet, Trimstones tab and scroll all the way to the bottom, you'll see where I record the steps...ten volunteers each month and I'm still taking names...let me know. Many of us are Fitbit fanatics so if you wanna add me, I'm (jakrall@cox.net) on Fitbit...challenge me! I walk daily. JK1 -

Overdid things on Sunday and made it through work yesterday but didn't feel like myself...today I stayed home and rested...slept most of the day and I feel much better. Just gotta remember to rest on Sundays...SMH

AHHHHH did you miss me???? So ive been on here and typed up comments but then got distracted and rotated my phone and you know what cool think happens if Im typing something on MFP and rotate my phone? it erases my comment and I have to start over, ugh.
So anyways, me and my kids are full force in summer break, Ive been busy taking the kids to doctor appointments, but Im working out. I now have not 1 but 2 treadmills, lol. my mom bought me both, she cracks me up, lol They were cheap so she decided I could use a back up I guess.

Thanks Jessica! I was just wondering if I was too late to post my May steps! I was out of town, but walked a lot, including walking every day to go find coffee. I tried to convince my son that it was about walking, not coffee, that the coffee shop just made a good destination. However, my argument lost a lot of ground when I had to borrow money from him...to buy coffee!
