    In an attempt to change the color of one cell from green to black so I could read it, I jacked up the conditional formatting on the entire Trimstones worksheet. I've posted a mea culpa in the Captain's Lounge thread and requested a repairman as I don't want to dig a deeper hole. Bear with us as repairs are made--we apologize for the dust.

    had to take my mom in for surgery this morning so I wasnt able to get a workout in. Yesterday I took the kids to the lake, I used sun screen for the first time in forever, and I am burnt to a crisp, ugh. that is also why I didnt workout today, i dont think I could handle that barbell on my back, OUCH, hopefully tomorrow it will feel good enough to do something. Its suppose to be 59 degrees tomorrow, yesterday was 93. Our weather can not make up its mind.

    Hello All and welcome to all the newcomers!!! I know I'm tardy to the party but I've been having a bit of trouble with getting on MFP this week.

    My name is Andrea and as you can see from my user name, I'm a nurse (by day). All other times I'm a travel agent, so needless to say I keep pretty busy. I'm a transplant to good ol Texas with my husband and daughter who is going to be a senior this year😳.

    I've been on MFP for a couple years off and on but this year I am working to do better before my weight significantly starts to affect my health. So in that vein I took up Title Boxing at the suggestion of a friend and I love it! Currently i am completing a no sugar challenge with some friends of mine and so far it seems to be going pretty well.

    Well that's all about me. Good luck to the new folks and I hope you are able to get everything you need here!!

    P.S. @jessicakrall8 you should add your new Fitbit friends to our challenge!!

    1 week of a few good days and way too many really bad days with emotional eating equals 10 lbs gained. 🤦🏽‍♀️ I feel it too. Bloated all over... so hoping if I can stay on track this week I’ll see a rebound in the right direction next week. Sorry team 🙁
