    My Goal for June: To get in at least 30 minutes of some form of exercise 5 days a week.

    June 1 Rest day
    June 2 43 minutes of moving furniture around
    June 3 29 minutes of Sculpting RX and 20 minutes of Burn to the beat
    June 4 Nada, zilch nothing.
    June 5 42 minutes of 5 Day Slim Down
    June 6 39 minutes of Burn to the Beat
    June 7 32 minutes of the 4 Mile Super Challenge

    June 8 37 minutes Strength and Stamina
    June 9 rest day
    June 10 31 minutes 5 Day Slim Down
    June 11 43 minute strength workout and 35 minutes of gardening
    June 12 31 minutes of 5 Boosted Miles
    June 13 50 minutes of gardening
    June 14 rest day

    June 15 34 minutes of 4 Miracle Miles and 22 minutes of weights
    June 16 41 minutes of 5 Mix and Match Miles
    June 17 17 minutes of Burn to the Beat and 22 minutes of weights
    June 18 32 minutes of The 4 Mile Super Challenge
    June 19
    June 20 30 minutes gardening
    June 21 28 minutes of 4 Mile Power Walk by Jessica Smith

    June 22 34 minutes lifting weights, 45 minutes of 5 Miracle Miles
    June 23 35 minutes weed eating
    June 24 50 minutes of weights
    June 25 rest day
    June 26 78 minutes gardening... mostly running a weedeater
    June 27 45 minutes of Weight Loss Yoga and 32 minutes of Walk Strong Have a Ball
    June 28 43 minutes Walk Strong

    June Goals...... 150 workout miles and 200 watch miles and at least 5 days a week if not 6 workout day

    6/1 Workout #121 Last day of garage sale and clean up 6 hrs. 4.78 miles today.
    June Miles 4.78/150 2019 517.14 Watch Miles 4.78/200 2019=691.90
    6/2 Complete and total REST for me today
    6/3 Workout #122 Loading car and truck and unloading at donation center with leftover garage sale items that were not picked up
    6/4 #123 3 Burn to the Beat Miles and 1. hrs swimming calories for swimming 1366.78
    6/5 So happy to get back to a normal routine Workout #124 5 Boosted Miles
    6/6 Workout #125 5 Miles of Your Daily Walk 3 Fast Miles and 2 Slim Miles. May Miles
    6/7 Workout #126 3 Walk off the Pounds Miles and 1 Mile shopping (running around Wally World).
    6/8 Workout #127 Mowing & Weed eating front, back and side yards. 1:20 mins
    6/9 REST
    6/10 Workout #128 5 Mixed Miles Started with 2 Belly Blasting Miles and ended with 3 Miracle Miles
    6/11 Workout #129 5 Sweaty Boosted Miles.
    6/12 2 BELLY BLASTING MILES DISTANCE 2.0mi STEPS 4000 DURATION 31:00 AVG PACE 15:30 KCAL 583
    Workout #130 2 Belly Blasting miles. Just didn't have it in me to do more today.
    6/13 Workout #131 4 fast firm really big miles with firm band.
    6/14 Workout #132 YDW 3 FAST MILES.
    6/15 Workout #133 Got our last 2 widows changed out today. Now we have bathroom windows that will open. 3 hour out in the hot sun. 3 miles today just walking around out there in the yard.
    6/16 REST
    6\17 Workout #134 picking up debris from lightening hitting tree in yard
    6/18 No Internet so I was lazy
    6/19 No Internet so I was lazy
    6/20 Workout #136 3 Walk off the Pounds Miles. Feels real good to have internet back since all my workouts are online.
    6/21 Workout #137 Mowing, clean up more Debris and Weed Eating 2.79 miles. Yay now I am all caught up again. So happy to have my internet back
    6/22 Workout # 138 Yard Work... Cutting and moving trees, branches, & fence for tree cutters to get in backyard. Heat index is 100 degrees. had to use the hose to cool off
    6/23 Workout #139 Clearing brush, tearing down fence and rebuilding fence. 2 hrs and 2 miles carrying brush and old wooden fence
    6/24 My goal was for 150 miles this month. Not going to make it BUT not going to quit either.
    Workout #140 Burn 30 2 Miles with 2 lb weights & Slim the Arms 2 Miles with firm band
    6/25 Workout #141 Burn 30 2 Miles with 2 lb weights & Slim the Arms 2 Miles with firm band.
    6/26 Workout #142 5 Miles = Short and Sweaty 2 Miles (3 10 minute workouts) & Walking off the Pounds 3 Miles. 6/27 # 143 2 Belly Blasting Miles tree guys here to take down trees.
    6/28 tree guys here early no workout just watching with fascination their expertise.
    6/29 running around, laundry, packing hubby for business trip. may sneak in a walk this afternoon if not to hot and humid outside.

    @VeggieGirlforLife Congrats on meeting goal.
    I hear you on the cut back.....
    Not sure what I will be doing for miles July as we are heading so SD towards the end of the month. I may just do a time thing for July

    Goal will be met today ( just need 0.5 miles yet: Check
    Just signed up for Chris Freytag's Get Healthy U subscription. Was just going to sign up for the "free" email newsletter but they offered a year subscription for $7. That's a $52 saving on the year. So that kind of beat Leslies.
    I like the fact that she has workout calendars to download too.

    Great month, everyone 👍!!

    I'm just now posting the last several days of June's workouts 😲. Then I will post in July 🧐👉

    My goal for June is to continue to be extra active in some way and/or workout at least 5 days a week.

    June 1st: 40 minutes: 4 Walk Blasters (Light Walk, Dance Walk, Upper Body Blast, Flexibility Walk)

    June 2nd: Rest Day!
    June 3rd: 15 minute outside walk, 2 mile Brisk Walk, 2 Walk Blasters (Dance & Flexibility)
    June 4: 45 minute outside walk, 2 hours in the garden (maintenance)
    June 5: 3 mile (heart association) Start! walk and 1 Walk Blaster (flexibility walk)
    June 6: 60 + minute outside neighborhood walk
    June 7: 4 Miracle Miles, 1 Walk Blaster
    June 8: 3 miles 5K with a Twist, and 2 Walk Blasters (Light Walk, Flexibility Walk)

    June 9: Rest Day!
    June 10: 30 minute outside walk, 1 1/2 hours walking during errands/ grocery shopping
    June 11: 3 Mega Miles with band, 1 Walk Blaster (flexibility walk)
    June 12: Walk Slim 5 Really Big Miles (with band)
    June 13: 35 minute outside walk, 1 mile Happy Walk
    June 14: 30 minute outside walk, 1 hour yard/ garden
    June 15: 3 miles: The Burn to the Beat Walk

    June 16: Rest Day!
    June 17: an easy 30 plus minutes of walking around. I needed a semi-rest day today
    June 18: 60 + minutes errands / grocery shopping
    June 19: 60 + minutes more errands and walking
    June 20: 2 hours yard and garden clean up and maintenance
    June 21: 60 + minutes, some garden, and some little errands, a lighter day
    June 22: 3 Mega Miles with band, 1 Walk Blaster (flexibility walk)

    June 23: Rest Day!
    June 24: 3 miles Burn to the Beat (miles 1, 2 & 2 again) & Flexibility Walk Blaster.
    June 25: 4 miles: Walking off the Pounds (mile 2 twice)
    June 26: 2 hours + in the garden
    June 27: 4 miles total: Belly Blasting 2 mile Walk (twice) & Flexibility Walk Blaster
    June 28: 1 1/2 hr in the garden
    June 29: 60 min in the garden

    June 30 : Rest Day!
