A huge loss this week - def had quite a whoosh once all my illnesses finally cleared up. Makes me very hapy 😁
I accidentally bought a size 12 pair of shorts the other day (currently in 14s). Thought they were a little snug when I tried them on but not enough for me to question the size. So feeling very happy about that.
I'm having a diet break from today until Saturday. Logging but at maintenace for 3 days with a mid-point day on the first and last days. Gonna be lush!5 -
Feeling pretty rubbish, still feeling sickly and drank and ate a lot this weekend. Feel like I'm in a bit of a funk. Rowing training will die down a little now main race is done, so will concentrate on running again for a while.

I might be holding on to some water weight, I weighed 2 pounds less yesterday. But I also had some snacks from the vending machine so perhaps Life is telling me to behave better this week. I did my measurements for the first time since March today and was pleasantly surprised. I showed good progress all around but my "trouble area" hips/lower tummy was the big winner, I lost 2.5 inches there. Yesssssss!!! Back to behaving, I still have $1000 to win.2 -

Yesterday, I didn't post because I had started TOM and "gained" almost 3lbs of water weight overnight. Today I magically lost yesterday's "gain", even after eating over my calorie limit. Today, I'm remembering that TOM can mess up the scales, but it's not *always* real gain. I'm still plugging away at my house purging - I've donated 4 large storage bins worth of items so far! Still a ways to go, imo, but I'm seeing progress!3 -
