Weekly Goal Thread Week # 2 Day # 3
Tracked it all! Came in 1 point over my target for the day, pretty good considering we spent the day at an amusement park with friends. That 9 out of 10 days0 -
Before leaving on a 12 day vacation to Alaska Canada (7 day cruise) my goal was to write everything down each day on a paper tracker (sans points). 2 weeks later I was successful and yesterday transitioned back to the online tracker with points. It seems the scale is down slightly. Continuing with the same goal along with a daily walk or ride.0

Tracked everything yesterday.
For this first stage, all I have focused on is the act of tracking, without trying to keep under my points for the day or week. And boy have I not kept under my points!
This week I’m going to set a goal of staying under my points four out of seven days.0 -

We've been on vacation since last Friday. I haven't tracked at all. We head home tomorrow, but today starts my new week, so tracking and staying within daily points begins again today.0

I’ve worked out in my flower beds the past two mornings before it got too hot. Completely filled two yard waste bags already. At least one more will be filled before I’m done. Tomorrow is supposed to be cooler so I hope to get a much longer session in.0

Day 3 of yard work. 5 yard waste bags are filled. I was outside for close to 6 hours working yesterday. Primarily trimming bushes. One more session today to finish weeding and mulching.
I'm ready to go back to work to rest.0 -
So . . . I need a re-set. Vacation got extended due to a canceled flight, and eating/tracking remained horrible. Just arrived home and made a grocery list. I'm more disciplined when I have a plan. (I could have/should have had a plan for vacation, but I usually lose weight on vacation.)0

This week's goal is 3 sessions in the weight room. I'm out of town starting Thursday through next Monday for a biking event my club is having up in Green Bay.

Goal for the week is to eat within daily MFP calories and to do some Pilates work at least four days to ease hip pain.

@myallforjcbill, really glad you're finding it helpful. Focusing on one or two small things for a short period and reporting back has helped me over the years. I'd gotten away from that for too long.0
